Important Notice for Customized Products

Products that are customized or personalized are NOT eligible for returns.

The items you purchased were made specifically to your unique specifications. Therefore, returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or ordering errors will not be accepted.

The only exceptions are:

The item arrives damaged.

The item has a manufacturing defect.

The item received significantly differs from your custom order.
